For your convenience above you will find Nationals Event Marker and local Hotel Markers including their information, and pet policies. The Sleep Inn Concord,  is offering special discounts for RKC Nationals Attendees- PASSCODE REMY* Please verify all hotel pet policies when making your reservations. Also, IMPORTANT NOTICE: HOTELS ARE AN EXTENSION OF THE SHOW SITE AND ALL RKC RULES ARE ENFORCED AT BOTH LOCATIONS. DOGS MAY NOT BE BATHED, LEFT LOOSE OR UNATTENDED IN HOTEL ROOMS. Exhibitors will be held responsible for any damage to their hotel rooms. RKC does not have to accept entries from irresponsible owners or handlers.

*PLEASE exercise dogs at the motels and the show sites in designated areas only, and you must pick up after your dogs.

Booth Information:

 The booth reservations MUST BE PAID IN FULL. Online Booths purchases WILL CLOSE 09/27/2015 while supplies last. Booth rentals are non-refundable. You will be contacted by the office to confirm booth preference number. Confirmation calls are made in the order which they are received.  The booth diagram is updated as frequently as possible. Payments can be made through PAYPAL. Select the appropriate size booth from the drop down available, and select “ADD TO CART” you will be momentarily redirected to the secure Paypal site. Select the “Continue Shopping” button on the left hand corner of the screen, and you will be directed back to this page.   You will have the option to review your selections before final purchase.  If you need to pre-register and/or apply for permanent registration for your dogs please continue to the next section. If you do not need to pre-register or apply for permanent registration on dogs attending Nationals at this time and this completes your transaction, proceed to “View Cart” at the bottom of this page.

Booth Rental Options:

10×10 up to 4 dogs $175.00 (Includes 1 table, 2 chairs & 2 entrance passes)Copy of booth setup

10×30 up to 12 dogs $450.00 (Includes 3 tables, 6 chairs & 7 entrance passes)

10×40 up to 16 dogs $550.00 (Includes 4 tables, 8 chairs & 10 entrance passes)

10×50 up to 20 dogs $700.00 (Includes 5 tables, 10 chairs & 13 entrance passes)

Single Dog Entry and Pass (1 Dog 1 Person) $30.00 Paid Day of Entry

(Single dogs MUST have a crate, 1 dog per crate)

Pre-Registration:

Day of show entry is $25 per dog. Save time and money and preregister your dog(s) now. Select the the number of dogs who will be competing from the drop down available, and select “ADD TO CART” you will be momentarily redirected to the secure Paypal site. Select the “Continue Shopping” button on the left hand corner of the screen, and you will be directed back to this page.  You will have the option to review your selection(s) before your final purchase.  Below the price catalog you will find our on-line pre-registration form. You will need to fill out and submit for EACH dog you have paid for. After completing  and “submitting” each form, the page will re-load and you will notice”Your form was successfully submitted”  message just above your form assuring its submission. Repeat the process to add any remaining dogs. If you need to apply for permanent registration for a dog attending nationals please continue to the following section after you have completed your Pre-registration(s). Application For Permanent Registration

For 2015 Nationals the RKC is allowing FREE permanent registration for dogs who plan to attend. To qualify for FREE permanent registration you must pre-register for the event AND  bring a copy of your current registration papers to nationals and sign your application. *Please insure you bring a READABLE COPY of the FRONT and INSIDE pages of your pedigree.* If you have multiple dogs you need to apply for, you will need to fill out and submit an application for EACH dog. After completing  and “submitting” each form, the page will re-load and you will notice”Your form was successfully submitted”  message just above your form assuring its submission. Repeat the process to add any remaining dogs. If you do not need to Apply for permanent registration on any dogs attending nationals and this completes your transaction, proceed to the “View Cart”  button at the bottom of this page, you will have the option to review your selections before final purchase.
